Plenty of size there in the arms and legs but also a fair bit of BF still to come off, whats the plan bro? Looking a million times better than at the end of your bulk, nice progress :)

Part 2 is me now having abit more of a clue what works for me and what doesnt work.

Things that work
short intense training sessions
low carbs with clean re feed
hiit cardio after weights

things that don't work
volume
to much cardio
to many carbs
to much food on re feed days

In regard to the legs. I think thats a short persons "curse" if you will :D
Im looking forward to 2 weeks of holiday off training and hard dieting :D

It's good to see you now have a shortlist of what really works for you.

I find this really underlines as individuals have different we are and how we get on with very different protocols.

Your things that don't work list is virtually my things that do work list, for exampe.

some people may say that i havent lost much fat or i havent reached my goals. In my eyes i have learn't so much it unreal. How my body works is not how someone else might work. Its really such a learning experiance. The volume training made me feel so shit it was unreal

Thats the most important aspect nailed though in some respects. All you need to do now is just to apply the knowledge and be patient.

Unbelievable legs mate! Im surprised you have any fat on you with the amount of calories the muscle on those bad boys must eat away!

Sounds like 'you're sorted to be honest, you know what works for you and what you need to do, its just a matter of time now. Which is a lot more than can be said for a ton of those attempting to lose fat like myself.

For the sweep i can only say that i use a full range of motion and use heavy weights. Also 20 reppers work well. Im not of the belief you can change the shape of a muscle so make it as big as you can :D

There are few areas in the next phase that stump me a bit. Weekend eating. I struggle to get all these in and when i do they tend to be not ideal as i need a change from week day eating.
Cardio i will probably get 4 sessions a week which should be plenty as i will be low on cals. ALSO i tend to eat the same stuffat work all the time which can get dull o i need to get some new receipes :D

For your cardio mate, I'd mix up Steady state and tabata and for weekend food I wouldn't worry, have curry but sling half of the rice things like that... In general, just eat carbs around training and taper down towards te end of the day and none in your last meal. If you train late, just get carbs for breakfast(I believe it's essential but realise it's subjective) and then your usual pre/post routine.

Scott - looking at those side pics I think once you get rid of that fat your going to literally have a totaly new physique in terms of how it looks as yoy obv got some good dense muscle...which is very evident on the side poses with your shoulders etc..particularly with the last two pics

Your physique reminds me of my own Scott, though you have a good 5% less BF id say, so im very interested in what you do diet wise as we look like we hold BF in similar places.

Aye ive been told that, i really struggle to drop them tho, im trying to be smart with them at the moment rather than seeing them as the enemy, getting the majority of them at breakfast and PWO, and all of them clean, but its still a struggle.

If i did a bit of self psycho-analysis i'd probably diagnose myself with body dysmorphia as well which doesnt help, tho im not sure you could be aware of having something like that, so i probably dont.

Make sense of that if you can :)

Being an endomorph sucks like nothing else on this planet. Low carbs practically kill you and seem to the only damn way to get any fat loss.

@Mark, you can be aware of having body dismorphia, becoming aware of a problem like that is pretty much the first step to resolving it.
