An example of outstanding customer service!

Dyson - Was doing the hoover this morning and picked up the dyson and the main dust chamber snapped off!

Now Ive had this badboy for 4 years - so thought bugger time for a new one anyway

Mrs KP decided to phone the warranty number up to see if we could get a replacement and they said no but you can have another free!!!!

How bloody cool is that! Beat that for customer service! Said it should be with us in 7-14 days max

LOL - oh no you didnt!

Hoovering I find very calming and fun to do, i only do it if its with a dyson or similar.

well i had a shit response from dyson
the hose element keeps ripping at the seal- gone through about 3 in 5-6yrs- and they are 30 quid a pop to replace
contacted dyson and because i had bought through a reseller told me to go forth and multiply

dont know where warranty is

you got yourself a turn there!

Just bought a Miele as the Dyson has been shit for nearly 2 years. Sooo much better.

Yep Miele is champions league though mate - you are talking the creme de la creme!

We got a Miele Washing machine and dryer - awesome bit of kit and lasts for ages and the warranty and cover is the dogs bollox. You pay more - but you get outstanding quality and cover.

we did the same mate - Boilers - NEVER get shit! Its not worth the risk.

Yeah the Miele products are great. The vacuums are not that expensive compared to some of the Dyson's.

hmm with dyson you gota get it online mate - the prices you can get from internet stockists are pretty good as Dyson no longer come down hard on those selling to low as they know that Hoover and all the rest have now caught up on the technology.

Gota admit Dyson Bladeless Fan is a powerful beast but way to expensive
