Goal 6 weeks to lose 10lBs and no strength.

Week 1 Day 1
Weight in skidders after a slash: 11st 13/167lB/75.7KG
Length/type of sleep: 10 hours - broken, wierd dreams

Week1 Method: Cut out junk ie. cakes, chocolate, obvious stuff... AND Bread and Pasta + SS Cardio and ABS on non lifting days starting at 15 mins.

That's it for now, will add my foods every day after work or on waking - that's the same day for me.

Upright, I seem to recall you are a member of the dwarf nation, how short are you? Cause 75 odd kg doesn't seem that much? Unless it's fat?

haha - you're asking very personal questions GB but I'll satisfy your curiosity in telling you I'm 5'5" - one of the dwarfiest of the nation... I'll also give you an idea of shape as in BF is around 25% and in April it was about 13 at around 10st. I was also much weaker then and getting low reps at chins. So there has been good progress and some reckless gaining. Some days, I don't look so rotund and mainly only stare at my self between sets so I get quite bloated at times which will be alleviated by dropping bread I think and maybe cutting back on oats.

If I ditch 10lB and get back to around 15% bf, I will consider this a successful year, maybe some of you not, but If I hang on to my strength gains, for me, I'll be happy.

wow 25% is way too high and 10lbs is only going to drop 7% off at best, are you sure its that high?

It's the highest of 3 readings. Lowest was 21 - I hate those calipers, but even if I get i wrong, as long as I do it the same way each time, then it's a good enough measurement as a base comparison. Today is a bloaty day anyways. I'm sure there's worse than me, We'll see how it goes, getting back in my jeans comfortably will be good though.

Yeah 25% on a man is quite fat. Those plastic calipers are crap also.
So what I mean is that I doubt you're that high considering the training you do etc. However, whilst it is only 5%, you may well be 20% say.

Monday 03/11/08
Get up 10:30 1xZMA + 200ml water

11:15
30g whey(76% protein All in One)
4 Eggs fried in Olive Oil with small squirt ketchup
54g Oats in 150ml Milk + 100 ml Water
Clementine
1 cup Green Tea
2 Fish Oils, 1 Trib, 1 Multi Vit +100 ml water

12:35 4xallinone NOS(3g aakg) 5g CEE, 5g L Glut - would usually have something sugary here...
12:50 Quad Espresso
13:05 Train Upper 500 ml water
14:10 PWO - 45g whey, 25g Dex, 20g Malto, 5g L Glut
15:45 230g Chicken Breast (uncooked weight) 180g Brocolli, 181g sweet potato(cooked weight) 200 ml water(surprisingly full plate - i hate ramming food down)
17:45 200g Sirloin + salad(leaves, beetroot, tomatoes and small dollop coleslaw)
21:00 120g grilled salmon + apple + 1xTrib + 200 ml water (rush meal)
00:00 140g Chicken Breast(uncooked weight), 161g sweet potato(cooked weight), bag of micro steam veg, brew
01:30 brew
04:00 120g grilled salmon, salad(as above) 1xTrib, 1xMulti vit, 2xcissus, 250ml water
06:25 ZMA 150ml water
06:55 60g BSD MPC(belgian) in water, 2xcissus
07:15 bed

Rough Macros(can't be arsed with fruit n veg apart from the swet pots)p/f/c/cals = 337/89/185/2656

which is not right cos that's a discrepancy of about 230 cals... but there was a bit of rounding up - except on the cals which I did with the calc cos my bain seriously hurts now - watch this space as tomorrow will be better math and a more realistic day as I will be waking at my routine time of 14:00.

Thats a great diet to start off with, realistically though you won't want to go bellow 2000 cals so while theres a few obvious things to tweek for the first few weeks after that we'll have to be a little more creative.

Thanks mate. That's an extra meal in there though and I don't always have all that meat, but I had a bit more prep time yesterday and the steak and salmon needed eating. I'd often have another shake in there instead of a meal but that's prtty much how I eat and that was an easy day - I felt like I could putaway a few more carbs but felt good and full most of the time. Don't think I can manag sweet potaties today so Jackets are my carb of choice - although I know you'll be having me take them out soon enough...
