So much in the chilcot that is not getting coverage as it shows the UK in a very bad light....yet so many soldeers lives lost...for what?

Horrible isn't it. British soldiers killed, US soldiers killed, Iraqi civilians killed and still dying... Iraq opened up to al queda who weren't there before, Iraq becoming an issue extremist groups use to recruit greater numbers of pissed off muslims, no stability in iraq (although we keep quiet about this and pretend otherwise)... but hey it's ok, because right wing republican US allies made billions

All (from our governments point of view at the time) because Blair and cronies wanted a legacy to put themselves alongside Churchill. Am convinced it was that level of ego that was the prime motivating force behind the thinking.

Thankfully no danger of such a legacy.

They'll get away with it though - I bet within ten year Blair is living in the US.
