Any recommendations for a decent blend either powdered or capped?

always had thoughts about these and how the body would react- would it be deleterious to take these on board, thus blunting our own enzymatic processes, or would the body supercompensate by producing more after cessation of usage?

any specific reason why you are wanting them- have you been kicked out of the bedroom for breaking wind :D

Not yet but there's still plenty of time so no real reason to be honest, just interested in opinions as to whether they're worth while.

I don't use them any more. Haven't since Jan 2009. My digestion is better than ever.

I don't recommend them either. Just my opinion.

Pretty much covers it then. As I have no issue I have no need :)
