Its bad aint it! So repetitive and bland.

I got a box of small bags from Sainsburys and put 50g in each and use one shaker throughout the day..

i read a way of possibly making eaa/bcaa more soluble/palatable- if you mix it with citric or malic acid it will mix so much better

Yeh Ive done BCAA before.

I just mix them all in a shaker, shake it 10-15 times - and down it.

But Im tough you see! :D :D :D

Although it does force you to pull a spaz face after drinking it - but that may be normal for me.

I think these have been around for 12-18 months although I've not tried them.

Scott was on about the MR ones but they're pretty pricey.

i knew they had been about, i am sure xtreme formulations did a beta run with them for ICE, but they proved to be cost prohibitive
primordial performance seem to be the cheapest

Don't know but Scott said they mixed in well and tasted good compared to just mixing in aminos with water.

I'd go with rice and fish cakes instead so you don't get bored.
