Its bad aint it! So repetitive and bland.
I got a box of small bags from Sainsburys and put 50g in each and use one shaker throughout the day..

200g Carbs
100g Fat [900cals]
2200cals + 900 cals : 3100 cals
Meal 1
125g Rolled Oats
50g WPC OR Big egg ommlete
EAA 15g
Meal 2 - 130g Tilda Brown WM Rice
50g WPC
EAA 15g
Meal 3 - 50g WPC / Brazil Nuts
Meal 4 - as above
Meal 5 - 50g WPC and Coconut Oil
Meal 6 - Cod / brazil nuts or Beef and Boiled Veges
Meal 7 - WPC 50g
EAA 15g
Very simple - but it will change in terms of foods etc as I get more time to pre-make stuff.
Workout Days
Pre Workout - 15g EAA + 10g BCAA
Post Workout - Gatorade then 15g EAA and 10g EAA followed by 50g WPC later.
