It may be a little misleading as when at home I eat more solid food - but when not - it is morning, afternoon and evening solid meals the rest I just get away with whey etc

that is expected a little i beleive - as the supplement gets the regerneration going - after i think 2 weeks youll find them go down alot as the body has recovered itself

Why?

Supps should be spread throughout the day, except for specific ones that are better in am or pm. You don't eat all your protein at one time in the day.

I mean stuff like vitamins, res, cq10, etc - as I beleive the body utilises them better during sleep. Pretty much influenced from ayeruveda.

What a day! Hit over 3800 cals today i reckon and feel really good and full

9am - 8 egg scrambled egg with cheese and 4 slices of brown wholemeal toast and a grapefruit followed by greens and 10ml Hemp Oil

11am - 150g Oats and 300g Cod followed with some Super Omega 3

1-1:30 - BBQ - around 800g of various meats off the BBQ and some roasted potatoes

4pm - 60g Milk and Whey and 150g Oats followed by some Greens

6:30pm - Bounty Ice cream, Casava slices, 60g Milk and Whey and 300mg Na RALA

9pm - Boiled Vegetables extra broccoli as I love it, chicken and 5g EAA with 5ml Hemp Oil

Just now - 250g COD and Greens and my vitamins, cq10, res, and last super omega 3's

I feel full!! I couldnt eat all that everyday though! too many meals for my liking -

diet looks good mate
have you tried wph? think it would bea s good as eaa's imo and a fair bit cheaper for something v similar
