What a day! Hit over 3800 cals today i reckon and feel really good and full
9am - 8 egg scrambled egg with cheese and 4 slices of brown wholemeal toast and a grapefruit followed by greens and 10ml Hemp Oil
11am - 150g Oats and 300g Cod followed with some Super Omega 3
1-1:30 - BBQ - around 800g of various meats off the BBQ and some roasted potatoes
4pm - 60g Milk and Whey and 150g Oats followed by some Greens
6:30pm - Bounty Ice cream, Casava slices, 60g Milk and Whey and 300mg Na RALA
9pm - Boiled Vegetables extra broccoli as I love it, chicken and 5g EAA with 5ml Hemp Oil
Just now - 250g COD and Greens and my vitamins, cq10, res, and last super omega 3's
I feel full!! I couldnt eat all that everyday though! too many meals for my liking -
