Have you heard about Pumpkin Seed Oil being an AI too?

States.

Yep - Pumpkin seed oil (Cucubita pepo) has been used with Nettle Root as a natural AI and is meant to be good as well but I think it can also reduce protein synthesis?

I am getting aload of tubs sent for me from India soon - so if you need any let me know

The DS version is impressive in term of what it does - very worthwhile supplement

Have seen people on some dodgy amounts of "supps" and they take 2 Liv 52 DS's a day and there Liver Values are normal. It is just far too impressive of a supplement. Another example where natural supplements do a far better job. I dont think ill stop using it as it genuinely is good for the body.

Along with NA-RALA you'd be covered pretty well in terms of Liver protection and anti-oxidant and free radical protection.

I was actually thinking about having rice cakes today...but remembered Alex's warning.

So instead o posting my food in my journal I should start one of these then?

Or could rename the Journals section into Training Journals and add a new Nutritional Journals section?

Thats the stuff although they're ususally £7.99 per tub, not for 4 so wonder if they're genuine. Look it from the photo anyway...

Yes that is the one. But be careful on those sending it direct from India - customs and all if they dont declare it right. There are also fakes of this product as well - even though it is cheap but you can tell from the labels - as it is such a popular supplement

I'm not sure what delivery costs may be like to NI but they're a trusted supplier and delivery quickly.

What are you hoping to gain from CQ10 and Resvertrol?

CQ10 - Mitochondria enhancement and energy utilisation in the muscle cells as well as overall health properties

Res - ive always rated this but with the new stuff out on this supp I think it is a must for those who care about there health in general - i mean anti cancer, anti inflammotory, increase energy oxidation from fat and visceral - if there was a top rated supp it has to be this.

what did you notice from Hemp Oil? 5th day and I kid you not my lower back pain that ive had for like 4-5 weeks has just dissapeared. I cant for sure say this was the only reason - but between the oils Im sure it has made a big difference.

Only thing with Res is your urine colour goes dark from it - but CQ10 ive noticed in the morning I am more ready to roll than usual.

Ill report back in 3-4 weeks after a good run with that

Well I have virtually no joint pain at all now where as before hand htting legs 3 times a week would have me aching a fair bit. Combination of the Oils and Greens I'd say.

both coq10 and res have shite absorption rates. Are you using anything to resolve this?

Top supps imo. I can't use Lipoic Acid at the mo though due to it's ability to move mercury through nerve cell membranes in both directions... thus when you have a high blood level of mercury (such as shortly after amalgam removal) it can lead to the redistribution of large amounts of mercury into the nervous system. I'll add it in after 3 months.

Hemp oil is excellent. Who's are you using? Pukka?

Cleaver makes a good point about absorption of CoQ10 & Resveratrol; both amazing supps though.

Thought I'd add that Liv 52 raised my liver enzyme levels. They dropped when I stopped using it.

AFAIK CoQ10 needs to be taken with fat to have a chance. I would mix it with a spoon of coconut oil and gub it that way.

Resveratrol I would favour making a home made tincture with vodka and clean water to get a 20% alcohol solution. Then take the volume needed per day for the right hit of trans res.

For tee totallers like Mr Patel the next best way is to take it with letichin but I cannot remember how this is done.

Well, (nearly all) supps should be taken with food anyway. And every time I eat I have some fat (coconut, hemp, olive, avocado, fish oil) so that solves CoQ10.

I also think that taking a Lecithin supp is a good idea and so that solves Res.

Sorted :P

Im not sure how true that is- all the tests done on orally administered Res and CQ10 were the extracts and came though at no less than 80% in the body if I recall. But I take them with a grapefruit and some food anyway as I take majority of my supps in the evening before bed where I also thrown down the hemp oil
