Fish and Rice cakes

Get 'em in a blender and you could add them to your shake or take them intravenously !
Sorry couldn't resist

Isn't that a hard diet to follow. I'd never take the rice cakes at the right meal

I would suggest maybe writing your planned meals down for each day. This way you won't get confused as to whether you're eating fish, rice, rice cakes or fish cakes at any given meal and would help prevent the disaster of combining the same macros - rioce and rice cakes or fish and fish cakes.

Meal 2 - FFS what a big pile of donkey dick.

AFAIK you should never eat watermelon with other food due to its speed of digestion. Probably not make a difference to a fat la like you.

Speed of Digestion for WM? When you are eating different things it wont have a difference.

I gota do what I can with what I have where I am. Being practical. Ideally Id want a decent filled WM sandwich with meat but it just aint possible.

Hows about some tins of mackerel fillet for the road?

Yep - and i stand by it; Macro to Marco

Bearing in mind previously I pretty much used WPC shakes only during the day when I was working over the UK - and hell it didnt stop me putting on considerable size and strength. But this time around - Ill tinker more and hopefully get a better balance.

Yep been thinking about this last few days.

Yday what I did was 200g Brown Rice, the 99p Tesco veg boil packs? You know the ones that have a load of cauli, broc, carrots etc? and then some chicken. I made it last night and it took me 50 mins which is good. Ill aim to have two of these aday as I used the fiery tomato and chilli sauce from whats his name Jamie whatever his face from Sainsburys - bloody nice tasting and you only need a bit. That will give me a good varied profile of marcos. That along with wpc/mpc/cod gives me a decent multi source protein as well throughout the day

Its all falling in place man! Slowly but surely! but gota start from somewhere! 6 weeks ago it was 6 shakes a day! :D Totally crazy - but gota do what you gota do man.

I just need to nail down the fats now. Using brazil nuts, Omega 3. coconut oil and olive oil - which seem to be a good array - just need to fit them in better.

But surely you would make better gains on a varied diet like you said.

Yep Id agree - hence the multi source marco view - which is what I am building into it.

So days where I have limited scope for food - Ill follow this to a T and weekends and days when I am not working - I can be a little more varied.

The net effect is that I dont just rely on the same sources of macros - which to me makes sense and keeps the body fuelled. Whereas before - where I was majority on Shakes - I was pretty much screwed - Yes it did work - but longer term I doubt it would be good for me.

Few more changes and added another 100g carbs as Im losing weight bit too fast - waist has dropped an inch to 35.5 in like 13 days which isnt good as I am not meant to be losing weight.

Summary
350g Protein + 50g EAA
300g Carbs
100g Fat [900cals]
2600cals + 900 cals : 3500 cals

Meal 1
125g Rolled Oats
7 egg ommlete with cheese
EAA 15g
Greens one serving

Meal 2 - 130g Tilda Brown WM Rice + chicken [shredded]

EAA 15g

Meal 3 - 200g Wholewheat Pasta with chilli and tomato sauce and WPC

Meal 4 - dont always have this one - but if I dont I grab some fruit etc but it may also be just before WO so could be some carbs plus bcaaeaa mix

Meal 5 - 50g WPC and Coconut Oil [dep on workout day] or will be gatorade / eaa/bcaa/creatine

Meal 6 - Cod + Jacket Potato + Banana + boiled vegetable pack

Meal 7 - WPC 30g
EAA 15g

Greens One Serving

Notes - Diet changes depending on where I am - but at home I am now having around 500g of mixed vegetables with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower etc all in easy to cook packs along with the greens so Im hitting a decent profile from Veges. Fruit has gone up also by virtue of apples and bananas especially at home / work.

Overall alot better than my previous liquid diet which whilst working - cant have been good for my body overall.

Will keep this for a few weeks and see how things go or may bump up fats by another 30-40g.

Decided to throw in Citrulline Malate yday and have also managed to get some good quality Nettle Root powder that Ive added at 800mg a day.

Also started a year round course of Liv 52 DS - which is a remarkable natural supplement for the Liver.

Has potential to bind to SHBG and thus potentially free's up more free testosterone to enter cells. The issue with this was getting the right root powder and grade. It is a big topic of debate - but as you know SHBG binds to Testosterone to the factor of around 97-98%. Even a 3% decrease in this would have immense power in terms of how the body would react.

Just an experiment more than anything....as some suggest it does if taken in the right amount and correct extract
