My money says it's a one way ticket to gyno, with minimal anabolic effect

ye you will need an AI as it can convert both to estrogen and testosterone.
Are your DHEA levels low?
Craig wrote:Go to the doctors and demand a test then, if you babble on ignoring what they say they will test for nearly anything I've found. Talk about low energy, fat gain etc and say a nutrtionalist has told you its all down to low DHEA, high cortisol etc. Basicly only shut up when he says OK

You must have missed one of my other threads. I did that - was only tested for liver, kidney function etc. But never fear the plan is to return after I get back from my holiday and insist on a test for low test etc.

Make sure you do the following:
1. Have your test done around mid day to get the lowest levels
2. Eat nothing before to lower test levels
3. Feel free to get shit faced all week on beer and in the morning, forget the wine for once.
4. Eat a high fat diet the day before to lower test levels (hell go carb free)![]()
5. Add plenty of soy in the day before, some peprmint tea when your not drinking beer
follow this and you'll have feck all test

High Fat would raise T levels....? Not what the studies say over a certain percentage fat esp with zero carbs lowers test levels - too low a fat consumtion lowers T levels and too high lowers it (what a surprise)
Make it your mission to have 8 hand shandys before the test that should drop T levels.
Get into a majorly overtrained state the week before the test. Great advice, train every day twice a day and don't forget your cardio with beer of course

I've had great success with this. apparently my test is so low Craig believes I'm a woman and will not stop pestering me via PMs.
