Scott, the missus wants to serious sort herself out as she's been having bouts of feeling quite bloated and sometimes painfull stomach with various trips to the Dr's staying it's IBS related. We've identified alot of foods that cause her issues and generally it's accumlative so after a couple of days of consuming the same type of food. These are the usual suspects like bread, cheese, soda, chocolate, very spicy foods and most acidic foods which may come as no surprise.
I feel a detox/cleanse may help her digestive tract and help her to be able to enjoy these foods on the odd occassion. Generally she's taken to eating a lot of decent salads and basmati rice and doesn't eat nay meat and a little fish. She is however a bit of a carb craver.
I've pretty much told her straight that it may be 3 months for a full detox which the correct foods and then she'll find it easier to maintain but what product(s) would you recommend to get her started. Capsules and/or tasteless droppers would be prefered as she doesn't stomach powders too well.
