Desserts!

I've been naughty and have indulged in a few desserts over the past couple of weeks as the Rugby is burning calories at one hell of a rate. My fav at the moment is Chocolate Melting Pots from M&S and adding some Mascarpone to it but the killer has been proper Clotted Cream that my Dad brings up from Devon. Homemade Chocolate Fudge Cake with proper Clotted Cream is another fav.

Anyone else been hitting them recently?

If you've been burning the calories there's no shame in enjoying a dessert!

Personally they don't do much for me and i don't enjoy anything too heavy, chocolate fudge cake etc is a bit rich.
A mint chocolate ice cream bombe is nice.

Been eating plenty, had apple pie & custard last night. Like you say, if you're doing plenty of conditioning work you can get away with it.

Am having to force myself to keep active right now - is the time of year when it's dark and I just want to sleep all day! As a result have been doing some extra jogging and sprinting and my appetite has gone up in response... as has the amount of sweet stuff i've been eating, especially cheesecake!

Mmmm, cheesecake....

I try not to... but there's this caramel apple crumble at the local Beefeater. It is actually the best dessert in the world.
