Poundstone has argueably the best shoulders in strongman.Seen him do some awesome pressing in the super series and in the WSM qualifiers.

of def - i dont think we are comparing them overall Jakey - just in terms of moving that weight....

Yeah, was talking specifically about presses overhead... both of them seem to be built to lift a crazy amount overhead (although neither of them particularly lack strength elsewhere either)!


Oh and Jake... as far as i'm concerned you fall into the beastly category too :D
