I'm at about 2.6 - 220Kg at 83/84Kg BW - So need to get 260ish to get 3x - That's a big jump but am hoping to get up around that later this year - That's Sumo style though 8-)

Pretty much the same as me. I'm 225kg at 85kg-86kg so I'd need 265kg

I'm only 5' 7" though (call me FB) and with a 5' 11" wingspan I don't have to move the bar far so I should be good at them - I'm just not for some reason :(

Heh, I'm not built for them at all really. Legs are too long and arms too short compared to my torso.

170kg @70kg = 2.43 (sumo deadlift mind you. 160kg standard deadlift).

I need 210kg.

I do think I can get 200kg this year.

170KG @ 70KG is still very impressive in my eyes.

My dead lift has not really jumped alot since i started lifting. At my first ever comp i pulled 160KG @ 61KG i was 17 at the time and my last comp as a junior was 240KG @ 28.5KG

My squat and bench has gone up alot more, maybe i am just expecting too much?

Gah I feel so weak compared to you lot. Only done 220kg @ 98kg (raw) so I'd need 294kg! Maybe if I had a belt and so on I could push myself a bit more. But I'm relatively long limbed at 6'1" but that's no excuse. I'd love to do 300kg one day.

Sigh... I am yet to even try deadlifts. I want to play...

Interesting that us hobbits are better placed for this sort of exercise. Well, GB the DL queen excepted of course.

Go for it guys. There are some of you pretty damn close!

Ollie, I think you're closer than that given you do 4x210kg at the moment.

Hmm, I miscalculated in my head there. I'm tired :D

I could maybe get 230kg up and I'm about 84kg at the moment, so that would be 2.73, although 220 is the most I've lifted.

252kg still seems a way off in any case :)

Factoring in height, I'd say Ollie is a strong candidate for best DLer on the forum. At least if I recall correctly - you're 6"1-2ish eh Ols?

Height has quite a bit to do with things. Range of movement and everything?

Its to do with leverage and and length of limbs in relation to height, its also an reverse sliding scale as its obviously a lot easier for someone that's a 70kg titch to hit a 140kg pull than it is for a 130kg monster to hit 260kg for a single (given same training time and methods).

You can never make like for like comparisons unless everyone was identical, but needless to say theres a lot of strong mofo's and ladies on this forum and also Rab.
