I really dont know mate - waist this morning is at 36.4 - i think with another 16 down I should be at 34 or just over?....But 16 is alot - so maybe below 10% somewhere - I just dont know where. Ill be happy at 10% for the rebound. If I can get waist to 32 Ill be happy but i sit better at 33/34 ish.

Waist size is a little dependant on genetics and what movements you do that could add to Core and Lower Back mass. I have a fair amount of mass in these areas so I rarely drop below 33" even when lean.

You reckon? I think as long as I keep doing 2lb a week itll go away in a flash. Also ive not really upped the cardio or training that much - this week I will and I hope to be down 3lb next this time next week. and Im adding more supersets and drop sets this week. lets see what happens

Very true,I myself have a large waist that would still be around 35" when lean. Good going Capes!

Another update

Down 7.5 over the last 13 days. Didnt weigh myself last Sunday as had two kind of cheat days.

Over the moon tbh! Wasnt expecting 7.5lb! Maybe 3-4! week just gone also only did 3 cardio sessions due to work and other stuff.

The coming weeks plan is 45 mins Steady State 4am 5 times, and 3 x complex sessions at 5 times each of Healths stuff and added 400 cals per day so will still be in a decent net loss in cals

another 14lb to go and I reckon Im on target!

212lb. Want to get to 198lb now. Might as well as am ahead of sched and not even gone all out on Cardio.

Supps cycling has also helped so much on this cut just changing it every 10 days.

Lol - yeh but it was long overdue. Plus with the rebound itll work far far better with what i have planned.

I wouldnt mind going to 185-190lb as well but that will take me into end of Jan - but lets see. Ill go for some max lifts this week and see how much strength Ive lost.

Biggest issue has been clothes - and i dont want to buy new ones if Im going to lose another stone so just bought some smaller shirts and trousers as its mainly work where you cant look a tramp with pants falling down!
