I know bro.. Its just one of those things that happens to me. Its the same as my other ecto friends and trainees its just very hrd to gain and sustain it. Litterally miss a meal and I loose lol..

Change how you eat. I was the same and now I'm not and I can't say my metabolism has slowed with age.

No full on bulks and cuts, as they're so extreme. I think max goes too low in kcals when cutting especially, although isn't that nearly a 10kg gain in 3 weeks? I guess aaa allows you to do this from a bbing perspective but those rapid changes put you under a lot of strain.

Just a bit more consistantly which Ollie has already mentioned. I'd also leave longer time between meals, say 3-4 hours instead of 2-3 and really go for it with Green vegetables. I know has already mentioned at hitting 15 1/2 by Xmas but how much is going to be decent mass as I'd say there would be a 1 1/2 drop to have a decent body comp going roughly by what he was weighing in at lean.

I just think it's giving the body much opportunity to settle and maintain at a weight if it's only used to going up and down.
