My step now, is to reduce a TADDD bit of carbs as i really dont wannna add any fat and i wanna gain LEAN size, So im gonna be eating a bit more cleaner now with about 100g less carbs so it wont be too bad, Still have plenty enough energy for gym, And i will monitor and adjust things and MAKE sure im progressing EACH workout!, If not then i may have to increase carbs a tad bit more by 50g maybe and just stick to eating more cleaner!, However i think this plan will go well as long as i have enough carbs for gym and my protein intake is high should still be able to gain some lean size + loose some bodyfat!, But yeh im pretty happy with the fat levels as ive NEVER been this big whilst been at that level of bodyfat before which is good, but Fat is starting to creep up a little bit now so im going to control that, im probably just being a bit vein about it but im just gonna make sure i dont add anymore fat! and if anything maybe loose a bit of fat!
