I fully agree with what your saying. you spend time and money learning this stuff so you aint obliged to dish it out for free, but theres no point in saying to people "I know but aint telling" LOL.

Dan, Add in heavy incline flyes for your chest and dumbell inclines, then a fst set at the end of cable flyes. (See Alex's journal) you will soon improve your upper chest. I know I have following this routine.

Ok sure i'll do a journal so you can see how i work things when i diet.

But when i DIET, I diet ULTRA strict, and i like carb-cycling!, thats also good!

But i cant wait to diet again, i missed being ripped, But my diet resolves around:

Dropping carbs slowly/compensating with fats to reduce muscle loss
Increasing cardio sessions when times right

Cool im sure a lot of people will find what you do very interesting. Also the mental side of contest dieting can be very intesting. The highs and the lows of it. The the jouney can be more interesting than the destination
