Look big mate which is good but also very lumpy which isn't so good but I guess asthetics aren't your priority.

Don't go OTT on the bulk as you're in danger of turning into the fat kid that everyone picks on in school.

Watch your water weight as well.

I did say lumpy, not fat. Maybe blocky would have been a better word to use.

Looking massive Kirk... not the best shape imo, but as Alex said, that's not your main priority, but still, the tight t-shirt does nothing for the look.

What I meant is that the way the tshirt sits on you makes you look sort of chubby. As everybody else has suggested, move up a couple of sizes and you'd look very good.

I think it's probably just his big, muscular core. I can imagine it's very hard to not look blocky carrying that much muscle at 5'5ft. :twisted:
