sadly only 1 video of my second 270 attempt [failed 1st on depth as judges were strict] it is on my youtube...

I am working with somebody from PLUK to get a video made of my lifts.

Welcome to the forum Curt. I was there on Sat and saw your lifts at the Brits and other then the 1st squat fail everything looked in your hands. All your final lifts and the overall total where British records, correct? Awesome achievement.

Yes correct all lifts were BRs along with total as well...

The squat and bench openers were BRs.

Lets hope Ash is doing the World's in Miami ;) :D may the battle commence.

right, back to training today...I was going to start friday cos I felt fucked but I am starting today and going very light, 10-20 rep stuff, mainly to spot my mate though. :D
