Your training just up the road from me Krut.

Agreed I to hope you learnt something. But I would not call them troubles! I'd call them being a complete c**t just like Krut said! Everyone makes mistakes in life, so hopefully you'll not make any more & you realise how serious the crime was.

You'll have a PM ;)

Hey Curt, when are you next competing and I take it you are dieting down for weight class? Think the Nun is weighing the same as you now.

Well for starters he'll be competing aganst Neil Dieton (sp?) Who is the world record holder bencher set at eaton last month.. Ie over 300k and made it look easy.

The strength the weight ratio is so much greater he would be far better staying in the 82s and going after world records in that weight.

I don't want records, I want to be as strong and big [still leanish though] as possible. 82.5s are pointless, no competition, Ash is doing something different. I want Neil's record, so it makes sense to go into his class and start training for it.

Neil didn't make 305 look easy, but still thats alot of weight to bench lol! Max is just jealous that I will be bigger and 10 -15kg heavier than him cos he is cutting to 5% :) ;)

I don't think Max has anything to be jealous of. But if the two of you are squabbling please do so in person or on MSN. Not here! I will have no problems dealing out warnings and punishments if you start flaming each other. Max, this goes for you too!

Back on topic! I can definitely see Max's point on strength to weight ratio, but there is no point in life in setting easily achievable goals. So kudos to you Curt for having the guts and ambition to go for it.

You would have competition in the 82.5s Curt, Ben Wood squatted 300kg at the south east...

Good luck wherever you compete though.
