crazy soup

Postby julesm on Wed May 05, 2010 8:36 am

at home today- and am going to cook me up some soup- could be gorgeous it could be disastrous, but until i fuse the two ingredients.........feck knows

cream of broccoli soup (but made with coconut cream)

so broccoli
coconut
chilli
cayenne pepper
olive oil
possibly some goats cheese

just going to try the two main ingredients and then play from there.
my aim is a thermogenic soup but taking care of my green and fibre requirements- yet being quite filling?

any thoughts
