Plenty of volume in that session. Good work.

Thanks mate.

Yeah, new building and a fresh start. Going to get this sorted out and make sure that this place is going to be run the way it should, and the way its members want it to run. Its more or less our space and we r free to do as we like really. Currently looking for some new gear I think, and some way to overcome the lack of dips and pullups.

Dipping bars are easy to get hold of and bolt to a wall. Same goes for a pull up bar.

The place we are in has plaster board walls and those stupid ceiling tile things. The only solid wall has windows all along it. NO where to bolt them up. Going to need to look in to getting something that is free standing i think...

Single Arm Pull Ups rab?

Unique do a set of non-parallel dipping bars that taper so you have different widths a through the run. About 4 or 5 foot long in total I think.

Would that be strong enough for dips, without wobbling an that, rememer your 88kg with 50 round the waist. Think it could take it?

and whats with the 2nd pic?

No idea mate.

I think I've looked in the past with no luck but maybe try searching for Unique gym equipment. Their stuff is yellow.

My old gym has all their gear which you can view on their webcam:

We dont have a solid wall to mount anythin Rab, although we could put it elsehwere.

Np one else uses those offices... just mount a pull up bar somewhere else in the building on the sneaky ;) lol.

Always an idea

Thats me back from Ayia Napa, and it was class ;) Definitely worth a visit, especially on a lads holiday.

Going to work out a new work out (probably a split) and start it fresh next monday. Going to the gym 3 times this week to find my feet again and see what i want to include.

Spoke to my boss about attending physio at the companies expense, as i still havent been with my knee. It feels fine now, completely painless, but still have that doubt in mind tht it will flare up again as soon as i go back to squatting etc. Also had a slight twinge in my wrist before i went away, but i will put tht down to wear and tear as i was run down from too long on DC training.

Moaning over........

Will write a new program and post to see what you guys think. Advice/criticism welcome :D

NOTE: Been told i look alot broader since i got back from hols, especially in my back and shoulders. Although, bf is the highest it has ever been. Doesnt look bad, but im not happy with it so its problem that will need sorted quickly.
