Coop de Ville at 94.3kg

As me and K-dawg have been following a very similar training plan for a while now our fat% has been going down pretty much at the same rate so I thought it would be good to give some of you old dirty muckers some extra photos to enjoy (Cleaver, Simon M!)

Yeh I agree I have lost a fair bit of mass since september (106kg) but my power/weight has increased. I plan on dropping to around 92kg or below by february ready for a strength cycle aiming to increase strength and whatever kgs follow the strength increase. Ideal weight is probably going to be around 95-98kgs give or take depending on what phase of training I am in.
