Craig, the thought has crossed my mind a few times, but I just cannot even begin to imagine doing intramuscular injections - daft considering I've done subdermal ones (MT2).

Strangely, I think IM hurts less!

subdermal or subcut?
subdermal is primarily for allergy testing

Beg your pardon, subcut. Though I've had subdermals before exactly for that! :)

I will get back into it - though this week, 6am up, and back home at 7pm... it's quite tough. It's only for a few months so will just have to train on weekends I guess...

Just out of curiosity, how many hours to you work in an average week (if there is such a thing)?

Anything from 45-60+. It just depends on how busy I am.

I think I'll get back into it - but it's just hard to get motivated when you're knackered, and hungry coming home from work - usually takes me over an hour's drive to get home too.

I just need to be more organised, plan my meals better, and do some mass cooking over the weekend. It's just a bit of a bore doing that though!! :(

Do what Rilla (and myself) said. 5/3/1 main lifts for a month, then progress.

Thanks for the help with the 5/3/1 program. When I have time I'll look into it more, and start going back to the gym!

After 4 weeks of no gym, my appetite has obviously decreased, and as such I'm shedding weight!

14st 12lbs! I haven't been sub 15st for 5/6 years! I feel miserable about it, but working such sporadic hours, and I just feel constantly tired. I haven't been sleeping well at all for the last 2 months which doesn't help. At least I'm not getting fat, though I'd rather that to be honest, I hate being skinny. :(

Ah well - hopefully I'll get a kick up the arse soon and get back into it. This big project we're rolling out isn't helping, neither is the 100+ mile commute.

You should be put up in a hotel, a 100 mile commute is dangerous.

It would still be more efficient to hacve you in hotel so you were properly rested for work.

When I've needed to be there at 530am I have stayed at a local hotel. However, I spent 7 years of my life travelling around the world living in hotels, I hate it.

I hated it after 3 months. Couldn't do it. You basically get 3/7ths of a life.

Busy mate. Things will start to calm down next week though I hope.

Life is ok - wish I could have a bit more time to myself.... it'll happen soon I'm sure!
