Comeback of the Classic

Postby Rab on Sun Jan 08, 2012 9:05 am

Prep now underway for the comeback o the classic one. Been a busy year last year with gettign married, honeymoon, some financial crap and a new job.

Anyways. Here goes. week 1 down and im settle into it

Shows
NABBA Novice Class - April 28th
UKBFF Classic Class - May 13th

Training
Tuesday - Biceps & Hams
Wed - Shoulders & Calfs
Thurs - Quads
Saturday - Chest & Triceps
Sunday - Back & Rear delts...prob some traps now too

Diet
training days
380g protein
400g carbs
60g fats

Non training days
380g protein
300g carbs
100g fats

Cardio
gentle half hour walk or static bike pre brekkie fasted 5-6 days per week (100-110bpm)

Super supplements
600mg test e
900mg boldenone/equibol
50mg winstrol
1mg letrozole eod

The above is for now and i expect with the substantial food and minimal gentle cardio and condition being decent, i will grow into the first 4-6 weeks of the prep...get a bit of recomp.

fat burners in all their forms will be saved for the last couple of month/10 weeks i imagine.

Injuries
pain in my left delt and have had issues with delts this year. got alot of physio for my right delt which is now brand new so confident ill get it fixed
Right beck hasnt pinged in a long while now touch wood but i do need to be careful with it and not be too wreckless and go too heavy too often. tend to be more rounf the 8-15 reps now and down at 6 reps far less.

for the nabba novice....not a clue. 2 years ago the line up was rubbish, last year the line up was fantastic. 2 crackign physiques in it one of them a right tall fella maybe 6 ft 3 but a lump of a guy.

Not so bothered about the NABBA. yes i wanna be good at it and place but for me, the right class is the Classic. Not seen the competition for that. The fella that came 2nd to me 2 years ago and who won it last year is takign the eyar out. i fully expect the standard to be far higher again though as the classic class is growing in popularity. the key however isnt just to lump in on the weight limit for your height....its to make the guy standign beside you look fat and smooth ;) i think ill be able to do that again but coem in around 190lb this time rather than 175

So plan will be to be ready and in condition for the NABBA and trail run my carb up potocal. i think the fulest and dryest ive looked i carbed up for a full week but really slowly...so i recon it will be soemthing like that. Probably gonna use aldactone this time now we know how to use it properly. that from what i have seen is the difference between paper thin dryness and STILL beign able to carb up full as a house. most simply cant be both without it

Wise Words

Im so much mroe careful now with training and injury. did some sets of 6 reps yesterday for the first tiem in several month just to mix it up a bit. felt odd but that was the norm for me before...have been tear free for a while now though touch wood...just some join and structural issues around the shoudler cuff and scapula

nothing exotic being used.

cycle above will probably stay the same for the next 8 weeks i think besides takign out the winstrol of course. ill hopefully have some GHRP again which ive been usign on and off for several month now to good effect.

last 8 weeks will be test prop, anavar and probably tren...maybe tren the last 6 as i cant be arsed with the sleep sweats for 8 weeks tbh. im being sponsred some GH so a couple of iu of that per day. not a big dose. too expensive

Looks good mate, and wise words from uncle jules.

How do you rate the bolderone? seems a decent slow bulking AAS from what I've read/seen. Any significant sides from it?

Int erms of growing muscle, im not sure if its as effective as good old test and deca. yes with deca you get water...but alot of that is within the muscle and you look an inflated better version and feels great.

no noticeable sides thus far. red blood count is supposed to go up with it so a little asprin along side it is ment to be wise. No gyno type issues as it doesnt aromatise too much. Gains and filling up on it are much more gentle and you will really just start to feel a bit fuller and harder for it.

Weight is 213 today so lets see where that goes over the next 4 weeks with the food and cardio being the same as the above. try and hold the line with fullness and keepign growing whilst droppign a little fat. thats the ideal outcome but who knows!

good work on the biceps and calfs. both feeling it today.

shoulders and more skipping hiit tonight as i bloody slept in. provign difficult right now to get used to the early mornings coupled with having a bit of work stress on my plate and not getting the ebst sleep. just gonna have to manage my time better and be more organised. satisfied to have a day mid week off my walks anyways to relax legs. this might be a better way for me to do things right now possibly!

clen
t3
yohimbine/caffeine stack tabs

as per usual...we keep those tools in the box untill things slow down and it becomes the right time...then add in low and build up from there

i suspect my food will be kept quite high this time and ill ass soem fat burner in like the yohim first thing.. not sure. the ghrp shoud in its self make a difference
