Fat burner mate. Really opens airways as it's correctly an asthma med

I hope I can be better mate looking good for it I'm not thinking about it too much or people and friends who say kind words. Ive been bred on critique and it keeps you sharp. Don't wanna be complacent I want this to be worth while so head down on with the job and training inna quiet dungeon gym away from everyone else prepping at my usual gym as too much hit chat goes on about diet etc etc. I can do that layer once inhave the work done on here

I've been training the nips up to that size for some year. Fortunately dream tan is the exact colour match of my areola thus it blends inall in and doran distract the judges from the physique

Down 1lb from saturday. Rattlign out my gigantic nips on the clen.

Hunger has kicked in. my brekkie of 130g oats and 70g whey powdered may need to change to make a portion of that solid food. 3 portions of green veg added aswell tot he chicken and rice meals now i have the space for the voluem of food

Guy i beat the first time that came 2nd...and won last eyar is now throwing his hat in to compete. Good. More motivation to keep me goign on th 5 am rises for cardio in this weather. Guy from my gym is also doign it who is a lump. Same class as me in nabba and ukbff. Love having someone you know that you are up against. gives an actual person in mind that you know you want to beat

The winning of all this is done in the 20 weeks prior to the day. It really is presuming you can pose a bit and compose yourself. its all about whats done now!

Things getting pretty tough now but extremely motivated and determined. Enjoying it in a sick kinda way

Suffering hath begun! feel starving now all of a sudden at points!

down another lb today to 205.2. clen makign me piss though so that accounts for some of it. i do have a fair bit of water to drop anyways thats annoying me.

Busting my balls as id really like the prestige of placing well at the NABBA Scotland Novice class and have an invite to the NABBA Brits.....i dont see me doing them though but the invite is what counts. If you do the NABBA Brits you are instantly banned from doign the UKBFF Brits. Ill only do NABBA if something comes up between now and then that means i cant do the ukbff brits

The guy who won last year....came 2nd to me the year before. he turned up in supreme condition last year but still quite small inparticular in the legs he was skinless but they were far too small! Im not too worried baout him if im at my best

NABA have not mate. Seem quite set in their ways. the Mr classes are done by height aswell so that means the tall class for me....and regardless of the weight thats where i go in nabba soon. so say im 200lb shredded at 5ft 11...i can be up against someone thats a super heavy at 250lb at 6ft2 say

Chance that some freaks will turn up for the Novice class who should REALLY do the MR classes but just want to trophy hunt at the Brits but hey ho. ill turn up good hopefully and see where it all goes. ibve beat plenty big lumps of sh!t already

Biceps and hams last night

good bicep session. heavy DB preachers including extra heavy partial ROM sets seem to be working well

single leg ham curls to really mind-muscle it and squeeze hard

10 min hiit skipping and a brutal round of pad work

weight was 204.5 last night so added another meal of 50g protein and 50g carbs. down to 203.2 today so dropped 3.8lb so far this week. earned the day off cardio and eatign up slightly. see where im at tomorrow. definately alot tighter. can feel my hamstring popping through really well and startign to knurl up. Glutes fat is reducing quite fast

starting to use bodyfat calipers

****

Good solid session. PB on the deadlifts and pleased with the reppage on squats atg

Down 5lb on thursday this week since saturday. thats despite upping food and easing back on cardio. clen is viscious! back up 1.5lb though so lookign like a 4lb loss this week but fuller and feel better than when i had the sudden drop
!

expect to rotate clen with yohimbine next week and keep food the same nice and high...but remove the extra ive had this last few days which is like 40g more carbs and a few eggs thrown in last thing for extra protein and fats

chest on Saturday. Still knocking out solid reps with 60k per side on the hammer str. tentative with db press but shoudler improving and hope to be using 40-50k bells again next week on top of the hammer str press

Upper back/Traps/rear delts yesterday. yates rows, tbar rows, pulldowns, db rows chest supported, face pulls, rear delt db raises...alot of work from alot of angles and really good session

Food staying the same. 380c 330p 70f

dropped clen and added yohimbine/caffein stack.

added 5iu of hgh as of sunday and will run that right throuigh. Gettign some assistance with this from a generous sponsor! Been sceptical but im assured this is tested to 9.8iu per 10iu bottle and is very good.

Week kinda looks like this drugs wise

Sunday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night
Monday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night, 1.25mg letro
Tuesday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night
Wednesday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night, 1.25mg letro
Thursday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night
Friday - yohim cap2.5iu gh morning & night, 1.25mg letro
Saturday - 600mg test e, 900mg equibol, 2.5iu gh morning & night

Next Saturday is my last shot of test e and will start on test prop the following saturday at 1-1.5ml eod or perhaps just mon wed fri. unsure if ill still be running equibol or changing that over. defo not wanting to use tren this far out unless i was to use it up till the nabba and take 2 weeks off between shows as its too much with the sleep sweats! 75mg eod is enough though. small doses of it are effective ive found!

202.8 on saturday and everything pushing through. hams split, chest splintering quite deep now, and glutes startign to flicker under the biot of chub still left to coem off but my arse certainly is shrinking! not got the same POW it had in the off season with a big chunk of glute and beef

Im sceptical about everything mate. never get much of a "feeling" from any of the PEDS. even super tren. alright when i train with it you realise aftrer all out sets you gave it a little more welly but none of this raging agression folk report

2 days of the gh though and im thinking thus far its possibly the muts nuts. feel really full pumped and hard. looking as tight if not tighter already than when i was 202.8 on saturday as today at 205.2 so long may that continue.

Its ment to be good stuff and 5iu is apparently a decent soe so see how that goes

I've noticed today I'm full as ahouse and things changing! Arms chest upper back all muscle bellies hanging bursting! Very sceptical but this seems mad!

Fortunate to be able to get what I'm told and i have no doubt it's the truth that it's tested and superior to your usual stuff. Almost as good as pharma if not just as good.

Up yours Simon. I'll switch to tren I think soon. Get on the hardcore horse gear :D

Rab, get some new shots up mate. I think that you look better out of contest shape, but sharp. Then again, I don't like the ultra ripped comp look.

Will do mate. Been so busy this years prep with assisting Weeman with other guys who are goign for it with diet and posing that pics hasnt been on my mind the same.

Im prob in the kinda shape right now that you like...that 80's look of being lean and cut but not silly dry and shredded.

Im planning on getting a few photoshoots done. My friends dad who is doign a photography course in his retirement is looking for some portfolio pics so can do soemthing quite freaky for that very soon, and a professional shoot in Turkey post shows that i might use for some future ventures should it materialise

Which type of GH are you using, I'm using the eli's at the moment and they seem on a par with the pharma stuff I've used. Ye 5iu is a decent dose if its properly dosed. Can't beleive I went so long not using the stuff, I see changes almost daily on it. Fuck knows why people need months to see results on it.

Craig i don't know what kind it is just in good faith from my guy who has been supplying quite a few people on TM who have all had nothing but good things to say about it and I'm assured it's tested at 9.8iu per 10iu bottle and the kigs came out at 7.something just!

Inwasnsceptical but like you say I'm seeing daily changes. I'm at say 8% bf or whatever...lean anyways so the small subtle things I'm able to see and it's impressive. Muscles have all of pop to them and skin thinning out. Defo a little smother about the front of my abs today though but it seems to be drawing it most into the muscle cells and not subcutaneous
