haha. im working on the fat gym pig. i ate a piule of shite inc a few cans of pear cider which was amazing. the biggest chocolate eclaire you have ever seen (pics to come) then went for a curry which i couldnt finish as i was bloated to fcuk

just waiting on the bloat wearing off before getting tore into the biscuits again. im starving and craving still....just bloated and would be sick if i kept goingright now. maybe even better goibgn for a few hours kip thn suming at 5am? the bakers will be open then for some fresh rolls for bacon and sausage

The big fella has torn his hamstring so aint competing this year. Says everything happens for a reason so it will let him get even bigger ad more shredded for the Ironman next year in the states iirc.

Ment to add. Weean and RS007 advised me to eat what i wanted the last couple of hours into the show as it wont matter and wll only have me vascular and a bit fuller. so sat and ate rice cakes covered in jam, biscuits and chocolate raisins before the show. thn had a cheeseburger and half a can of ful sugar coke a half hour beofre i hit the stage. just sucked it straight up and from the pics ive seen on stage i was as dry and vascualr as hell. the sodium must help at this point just prior as loads of guys are munching salt & vinegar crisps.

happy with that pic. i sent simon. really grainy and tight looking about the arms. I had diet eyes on though and felt i was smoth and shit looking all day going into it tbh your head is a mess with it all and you cant see yourself straight. Only in every bit of bad light and it makes you panic

it came together good considering my carb up was very very dirty and consisted of quite a lot of biscuits alongwith the sweet tattie and chicken meals if im honest. chocolate cake at the wedding the nigh before

Pretty sure it seems to me that if your condition is good enough and you hae dieted hard as feck, this doenst matter ans your body is just despereate for food and sucks itstraight up. any big feed and the metabolism is on fire anyway


I was reading James Lllewin ate 1kg of carbs on the first day of his carb up and was only a half pound heavier the next day. shows how desperate the body is for it and really...you need several days of big eating to get full again

Im havng a wee rotein shake right now though....whey isolate but so it doenst fill me up too much and take precious tasty food space

Training tonight and starting puting plans in place to get a good rebound from this. try and gain a few solid solid pounds of lean tissue.

Not too bad GB. m pacing myself so that i can eat all day without being sick or etting unwell. I want to train today too as im all G'd up and ready for action. I have muscle to put on i i want to even consider doing the British!

Had to spend 45 minutes there furiously scrubbingand gutting my bathroom as it was covered in tan. everyfuckingwhere it was. Used pro tan spray on and man i put like 10 coats on over 3 sessionsno joke. suff just doesntgo dark enough on its own and id advise anyone who might cometer to stick to jan tana and use a little mini painting roller to get it on nice n thick n smooth. i had to put a coat of that on pre stage to get darker and finish me off.
