Must just be a good pic mate cos i cant have packed on that much although i have been on a serious rebound from the last show, eating a silly volume of food each day and training very very hard...along with eerything else

Was saying to Simon yesterday....i must be over the 14 and a half stone mark at this condition!!! MUCH better looking at this weight which is equal my heaviest pretty much than i did before i started dieting in Jan for the shows...so im hoping its going to be a bigger and better me come the Brits.
