3 tabs on waking and 3 before bed. Although I do up after a heavy chest session as my shoulders play up.

Yes, anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
All that I say is hypothetically speaking and I do not condone the use of illegal substances. You should also eat your vegetables and use high SPF sunscreen

How expensive is it to take cissus? I mean if taking the same dosage as Simone im guessing its pritty expensive..

What would be the cheapest dosage taken that would still reap the benefits?
If you're not sure if you're getting quality sleep or not, this is your standard: You should always wake up under a teepee. If you don't have a boner so solid you have to do a handstand to take a morning piss, your Testosterone levels are probably low.

If i remember right, BSD 50% cissus is about £26 for 100.
I take 4 a day when im using it 25 days worth and it works out about £1 a day.

Tiny price to pay in my opinion for the benefits of it. And aside from the effects it has on injuries, theres also the anti-catabolic properties it has, cheap as chips.

Can less be used? Very probably, i went straight in at 4 per day and got the results i needed, if my problem re occurs ill run 3 a day and see if it is still effective and so on.

MJ, do you really need to take cissus? At your age, unless you have a tendon injury and would reap the anti-inflammatory benefits I don't think it's worth it. For us injury ridden oldies, it is one of the best supps!

For me it makes the difference between training and cycling and doing nothing! Totally worth it

Send a PM to BSD or wait for the website which should be here soon.. allegedy.

Are you sure those injuries arent just something that will repair with a little rest and professional therapy though?

I've had them since I started rugby at school (around 2-3 years ago), one of the reasons why I cant do overhead tri extensions and dips as well as a few other exercises.

Never thought about therapy, it isnt anything serious; it doesnt hurt unless I put direct weight on it or pressure.

Edit: Also one reason why my throwning distance is alot less then it is, I was the best thrower as high school and then BOOM disaster struck, would be nice to be able to do over head throw without shoulder or elbow pain but meh.. who throws now a days
