Hot or cold or warm is fine Pingu.

When you run out of the sticks you can always use powder (prob cheaper from a shop than the sticks - there's some organic stuff on ebay I think).

powder def - and theres some good quality stuff out there that doesnt cost alot.

Fantastic! Thanks Scott. It might be more pleasant if it's not like drinking cold cough medicine! :lol:

I actually prefer the sticks as you don't end up with grainy / bittiness in the water. But cost might well dictate I use the powder! :roll:

Just ensure you strain it really well. Ideally as cheese cloth as no bits of bark should get through that.

Anyone managed the Cinnamon Challenge? Have to eat a heaped teaspoon of it in one go.
