Postby chris graham on Wed Nov 05, 2008 12:07 am

Hi everyone,i have joined esn because my training partner Hillman said to get a journal up on here and i would get advice and stuff of people. I am nearlly 18 and i think my weight is around 82kgs and have been training for around 1 year.

My current PB's are:
Deadlift:170kgx1
Bench:90kgx1
Squat:80kgx6

I am training the same rountine as Hillman at the min which is for powerlifting and am enjoying training this way.

Heyup and welcome to the forums. It's awesome to see one of the kiddycrew who uses punctuation and grammar. I like you already :D

Very similar bench and squat strength to me, but there's no way on gods green earth I could pull 170KG from the floor.

Impressive!

Yes that is true mate, are you keeping to the same routine as me? powerlifting?

all you got to work on with squats is maybe squat abit wider, knees straight, dont move them while you are squating and just keep ya self abit more controlled on the way down.
