On the BBQ:
Cook up one 8oz Beef Pattie.
As it nears completion throw on some slices of Pastrami and add a few slices of Swiss or Gouda onto the Beef.
As the Cheese starts to melt off throw the Pastrami onto, add some grated Cheddar, then some chopped fresh Chillies and finally top off with more grated Cheddar.
Serve in a bun with a slice of Beef Tomato, Onion and, if brave, a few drops of Ghost Chilli Pepper sauce.
