i look crap in a t shirt cant tell im in as good as shape as i am duno why my genetics dont help i have really skinny wrist andkle and quite braod shoulders etc

its the same woth my legs i have crap calves so if you see me in shorts you wouldnt think i had such muscly glutes same with me in a tshirt i have crap forarms compared to my delts etc
