Thanks everyone! Good thing about this "cut" has been how much stronger I have got! My power to weight ratio is what I aimed to improve and through all my training times getting quicker and my jumps getting longer I know it's all helping. To be honest though I quite enjoy the diet I am on and don't see it as a chore more like fun!
One big thing I have noticed though is by eating more fish than meat I both feel healthy, fresh and recovered but my strength/muscle gains have gone up and my fat loss has also gone up. I eat meat only twice per week now.
I think a few people have mentioned the above before, so just another bit of anecdotal evidence there.
