anyone here take calcium caseinate?

much diff between milk protein?

cc extracted via mineralised process- so calcium, sodium, potassium
milk protein undenatured

cc is just what it says it is
mpc is whey and casein (is it not?)

i doubt there would be anything in them, i suspect the marketing machines would say otherwise

I have never used cc but i imagine it would be as thick as feck. milk protein is thick enough as it is with the % of whey

got an instantised one that BSD may carry - tried it today - its actually pretty good.......impressed.

Best CC I tried was a GNC own brand from the US called PM Protein and was like eating choc mint angel delight.

I use CC and MPC and WPC mixed together. Makes a thick shake.
All that I say is hypothetically speaking and I do not condone the use of illegal substances. You should also eat your vegetables and use high SPF sunscreen :roll:
