cardio after weights...

I'm a cardio virgin... But as I've now geared my training/diet towards health as well as trying to look good, I've decided to add in cardio after my weights sessions.

My pwo protocol was WMS and some BCAA's immediatley post weights, followed by some WPC when I get home... But what do people reccomend now?

I like the barbs pwo but I'm sure it would make cardio very easy? I was thinking of just sipping some BCAA's and then having my WPC when I get home, as per usual?

(please excuse me, I have no knowledge about any thing to do with cardio lol)

Hmm you could do it and then take your PWO WMS/BCAA. If it is low intensity youll be ok. In fact even if its HIIT the supercompensation after it should take care of any short term loss...unless of course you push cardio too much everyday and dont feed the body.

As KP says you can have the bcaa after the weights then into cardio and have the protein when you get home.

Acutually, you could have it all when you get home as it hardly makes a difference imo.

I dont think it makes much difference. Also long as you have a pwo shake after you have finished it all then you will be fine

post weights, I may try half the amount of WMS that I usually have as well as the BCAA's and then the usual WPC when I get home.

I just like to have some thing after weights!

i imagine if your doing cardio after wegiths your doing so to shed fat?

If you have carbs before cardio you will be burning the carbs and not the fat. I have never had anything in the middle and it's never done me any harm. Just have some bcaa in some sugar free squash during your workout if your worried about going catabolic
