I'm a cardio virgin... But as I've now geared my training/diet towards health as well as trying to look good, I've decided to add in cardio after my weights sessions.
My pwo protocol was WMS and some BCAA's immediatley post weights, followed by some WPC when I get home... But what do people reccomend now?
I like the barbs pwo but I'm sure it would make cardio very easy? I was thinking of just sipping some BCAA's and then having my WPC when I get home, as per usual?
(please excuse me, I have no knowledge about any thing to do with cardio lol)
