What do people think about this statement - is it true/

Caprylic Acid: Increases androgen receptor activity, making the hormones more potent.

sounds to me as if you have found that someone has made an outlandish claim without substantiating it

I was having an exchange with someone on this on another board and I was just saying why is anyone encouraging someone who has 16 inch arms to get to 17 using SEO - and people just couldnt understand it as one of the main mods sells the SEO. So they showed me a paper on rats and mct oil and androgen receptor upgrade.

I mean i can see why people use SEO when you are competing - but damn when your a weekend warrior - and you aint that big - you need to work hard and not pump your facsia with oil....

I thought you meant ingesting it orally as in coconut oil, in which case the only people I've heard claim that it had an effect on the androgen receptor is the supp company LG. Anyway the way Marcus explained the use of SEO you would need to be pretty big to get real advantage from it anyway.
