So I open a new can and pour it into a shaker ready for a the fridge but first pour 50ml into another shaker along with the whey. Now I've got the missus going on about our trip to Alton Towers, the baby is crashing into my leg in his walker and my other lad is mithering about can he have his umpteenth easter egg of the day... so I'm a little distracted... and pick up the wrong shaker and neck 350ml of coconut milk!
I'm currently cutting and I go and drink over 600kcals worth of creamed coconut pre-workout haha... idiot
I thought it was creamier than usual lol
