She finds zinc and mag help with that special time so i was wondering can she take zma?

Yeah women can take ZMA, though I think the suggested dose is 2x caps instead of the usual 3x caps.

why wouldn't they?

fair enough to ask I suppose, but the only diff really if dosage and that is purely due to weight... thus a light guy and a normal sized lady would take the same dosage of supps.

Yes women don't need as much Zinc, mag requirements are the same though.

Health: women don't lose zinc when they cum :mrgreen:

some ladies... err... cum with fluid though... err :oops:

Anyway, it's almost guaranteed that everyone is mag deficient. For zinc it's best to use Zinc Tally to test. My wife is getting her levels up, but it's taken time. I was deficient a while back but now I seem to be ok.
