Do any of you lot find that when you eat clean you eat more?
Yday I went through 8 meals in the whole day! mixture of 3 lots of Oats, 3 lots of chicken and brown rice, 2 x 6 egg scarmbled eggs with 60g cheese, and 4 servings of Protein total with some of the meals and I still could have eaten more!
Now if Id have thrown in a cheat - Id be lucky to have eaten my usual 5 meals. Only saviour for me was I went to sleep at 7pm as was shattered!
I love eating clean and lots and growing!
