BSD Blends

Postby Karlos on Wed Aug 06, 2008 7:05 pm

Im in need of a big order. Are there any blends on sale which will be useful for energy and strength? Just for my convenience really, but I can't seem to find any blends on sale.
Im looking for for the following ingredients, these are as far as i know good 'bang for buck' supps. i don't know whether you will share what's in your blends, but i hope you can point me in the right direction. ;)

Omega 3 fish oils
Zinc
Magnesium
Vit C
ALCAR
Creatine
Taurine
Beta Alanine
OKG
BCAAs/ Leucine
WPC/MPC
GSE/GTE
Ribose (?) - unsure, expense.

Obviously i will have to buy alot of these ingredients seperately, but i'd prefer to buy it all from you guys. Cheers.

KP - good you give us a step in the right direction also ;)
I'm currently training without anything and could use a 'blend' type product.
Cheers mate.

KP, is there anything caffiene in this?

Don't want to be taking this as well as drinking quite a lot of tea and then get massive withdrawl symtoms if I stop either...

Just to confirm, there is no caffeine in the BSD pump/mass/strength blend?

correct - there are no direct stimulants in it. Yet you get a buzz :-)
