Speechless!! the worst record overall for managing finances, responsible for the plublic sector escalation in terms of costs, and directly responsible for holding back funds for the Army - yet he is seen as a contender?

why not....if i am responsible for lab it systems and full automations, then gordon should head it up, same logic
