I think these concepts are the same for BB or other physical stimuli stressing the body, then the total calories and the macros are for sure different according to what you are aiming at. At the moment I am really happy I can do 6 to 8 sets of 10 chinup pullup + the rest of the body everyday and recover very well and this is actualy due to my peri WO nutrition (as you could see the total Kcal is depressing
orinocco experienced it, dtlv74, I think Kp, me too, high speed nitro + specific CHO peri WO helps a lot the MPS, recently dtlv trained and could not have his EAAs BCAAs he used some whey instead he was sore even after 2 months of regular training his enzymatic adaptation is not the explanation for his "lack" of soreness, it is well the use of high speed nitro source what do you think ? According to some research the EAA blend we can get from ESN or MP might be much much more efficient and in fact 20 grams of EAAs would equal to between 80 and 120 grams of whey
