Body fat % guess?

Nope sorry this isn't me. Got a couple of pics of a mate and he was wondering what his bodyfat % is. Not the greatest quality pics. Still. Any thoughts? I got no idea.

From the back pic about 10%, from the ab and seratus one, about 6%
I find it hard to believe that they are both from the same person...at the same point in time at least.

Rab, he stores fat on his lower back, but is pretty ripped from the front. I'll check the pics are the same age.
EDIT: Yep they were taken 4 days apart.

Agree, fat stored mostly on back and inner arms is normally insulin resistance. I'd guesstimate he's probably around 8%-ish overall.
