I am trying to find a formula to calculate caloric intake (roughly then fine tune according to my metabo) that would use my fat free BW instead of the total BW.
Is the 10 X BW (pounds) = caloric intake to cut a good example of a coeff using the fat free BW
I could see some 17 to 20 time BW to bulk.
Has anyone got "THE" mega high tech formula with tons of coeff that will give me the exact
