Ive been going to the gym for about 2 years now. Needed to start bulking a bit bigger for playing american football and been addicted since.
Been trying to put on mass while keeping bf quite low and do alot of plyometrics on my legs to keep my speed up.
Im 17 5'8" and at the mo 160 lb's (11st 6 lb's)
Waist: 30"
Thighs: 21.5"
Bodyfat: Around 10%
Calves: 14" (35.56 cm)
Chest: 38" (96.52 cm)
Forearms: 12" (30.48 cm)
Arms: 14.5" (36.83 cm)
Shoulders: 45" (114.30 cm)
Will be posting some photos (including an arse shot) when ive got a spare few mins.
