Bio-rhythms

Postby Marks1972 on Mon Aug 11, 2008 4:10 pm

Had a conversation with a lady colleague just now that went like this

me - yawn...im going to struggle to train tonight
Mae - dont you usually train, tuesdays and thursdays?
me - yes but i was going to switch to alternate days
Mae - Well your biorhythms will be out of step then

She's an aerobics freak (very hot milf actually) and was telling me how she'd read about people doing classes on different days and struggling as their body was expecting a rest day and not an aerobics day.

Laughed it off at the time, but then it started to make sense to me. If im off work i try and train during the day just because i can, but i struggle to, im more ready for it in the evening.

Do you guys think theres any truth in this? To train at your best you need to have a set routine time wise so your body knows when its time to work hard?

This is also meant to be the best way to gain by confusing the body and muscles by not training when they think they should be.

Personally I'm not convinced by it all, either way. If you're up for it, you're up for it and vice versa.

The one possible way that what your colleague says would hold true is if you trained on a day before you would normally and you hadn't had sufficient rest.

I'm into bio-rhythms - I hate training on Mondays as I'm always tired from work and the weekend.

btw., she sounds more like a cougar than milf!

That's ight for me oo if you're up for it hen that's all you need, although I think extremities would have a psychological effect and for me, training after work rather than before is a non starter. But I'll train any time before I head out for work, from around 10am up until 6.30pm.

A predatory woman of a certian age. Basically she hunts down men and has her way with them.

A cougar is every young man's dream - I myself was schooled very well by a cougar many year back and I have always admired the slightly past their best, but working hard woman ever since!

Well, a woman is supposed to be at her best in the 30-40 range, so to be past that is simply old and wrinkly. Unless you're madonna who is old, wrinkly, bendy and muscley with low bf, but basically not worth one anyways...

Your actually wrong, a woman is meant to hit her sexual heights in her early 40's. A bloke 18-22

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

I just googled it and came across 3/4 articles instantly that say 35-40... but then others say peaks are bollocks and are individual...

The fact that you imagine choir boys arses is very disturbing...

James/Scott

You both ruin a perfectly good off tangent thread by posting something that is relevant to the OP - I vote ban!
