This month may not be so good for me either as I'll be commuting to Fulham and hitting the gym pretty late in the evenings. I may have to change gyms as I will have to drive past my place and into Woking which will be a nightmare for traffic at that time. There's a David LLoyd 2 mins drive away from me but I'm not so happy at paying their prices but would save me so much time.

If I'm honest, the only reason I trained today was because I didn't want to which worried me. If I had not gone down to the gym today, I could have got lazy which worried me. The though of vegging was very attractive.
It's so easy to quit.
