Ive been pushing barrows/labouring since i was 16.Great way to build forearms! Actually most things at work stress the forearms, Hammering,pushing barrows,picking up slabs(one in each hand) so it stands to reason that they are big really. My old mans got big forearms from this type of work too! Just a pity that a bad back is also a cert with this type of work .

couldnt measure around the shoulders properly as its only a 1m tape, need someone else to do it.

i would like to think that above 31" the tape is about 3" loose hehe
